MEET MOUTH PAINTER - DONIA FELICES ROJAS

Donia Felices Rojas was born in Sarhua, Ayacucho, Peru. At the age of 15, she was diagnosed with systemic vasculitis, an autoimmune disease that severely affected her hands and feet. To save her life, Donia underwent amputations of both her arms and legs.

In 2007, Donia discovered mouth painting and began teaching herself to paint. What started as a new way to express herself soon became an important part of her life. She later attended art workshops, where she continued to develop her skills and artistic style.

Donia has shared her work through arts and crafts exhibitions, giving others the opportunity to experience her creativity and unique perspective. Through dedication and a love of art, she continues to develop her talent and show what can be achieved through determination and imagination.
